StatementLens

Analysis with receipts, where the model never sees the source data, applied to financial statements

Statements computed from the profile, then written up live by the model without it ever seeing the statements. Every figure in the commentary is a chip that opens the computation behind it.

What it does

Multi-period P&L, balance sheet and cash flow become a computed ratio pack, deterministic trends, YAML-ruled red flags, and a narrative in which every number traces back to a computation you can click into.

The headline decision is structural rather than procedural: the composer's input type has no field for a statement line and its builder has no parameter to pass one, so blindness is enforced by a signature, not a comment. A test asserts that every numeric literal in the rendered prompt is reachable from some computation, any other number fails the build.

The 'what these statements cannot tell us' section is a post-condition asserted in code. If the model omits it, a deterministic one is composed from the statement set's own structural gaps.
